Jack and Alphonsilla Mahkee created beautiful inlay work incorporating animals and birds but especially gorgeous birds and horses. His work is easily recognizable for most collectors and lovers of Native American jewelry and horse lovers as well. Today we concentrate on one of his beautiful inlaid Pink Shell birds and turquoise flower. This one is a rare piece of work for him measuring over 1.5 inches wide and 1.5 inches tall.
